Our Response

This is a challenging time as everyone deals with the evolving situation relating to Covid-19.
We continue to work hard to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees, maintain our ability to respond to emergency incidents and support the centrally agreed approached taken within Northern Ireland during this pandemic.
Through our contingency planning, we have put arrangements in place to ensure we can deliver the critical aspects of our business.
We want to reassure the public that your fire and rescue service will continue to respond when you need us the most and you should always call 999 in an emergency.
With many of us spending more time at home, it’s important we do all we can to stay safe. If you or someone you know needs home fire safety advice, you can find a range of fire safety advice. There is also information on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
We are asking everyone in the community to follow government guidance to stay at home, and to be especially aware of fire safety in the home during these difficult days to minimise the expected pressures on the emergency services.
