Protect Our Countryside from Wildfires

Yesterday, 85 Firefighters tackled a significant wildfire in Brookeborough, Fermanagh, where they rescued curlew eggs, a critically endangered bird species.

Executive Ministers, NIFRS and PSNI have issued a joint statement in response to recent wildfires in Northern Ireland, calling on the need for everyone to play their part in reducing the risk of harm to our countryside.
