NIFRS Statement: Caravan Fire Fatality – Killough Road, Ardglass
Our thoughts and sympathies are with the loved ones of a man who tragically died as a result of a fire in a caravan in the Killough Road area in Ardglass.
Across the period of 6.00pm on 30 October until 1.00pm on 1 November, NIFRS received 384 emergency calls, with 162 of these calls being flood related incidents.
On-Call Firefighters are part-time Firefighters who respond to emergency incidents in their local area, including fires, road traffic collisions and other specialist service calls.
Health Minister Robin Swann has announced an additional £2.05m for NIFRS.
