The Review of Second Pumping Appliances at 12 Fire Stations has now been completed and the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescues Service (NIFRS) Board has ratified the recommendations made in the Review.  There is one key recommendation for change proposed at this time and it is the removal of the second pumping appliance at Portstewart Fire Station.   

 

NIFRS will be consulting on this key recommendation from       1 October 2008 to 24 December 2008 and we are keen to hear views from all our stakeholders.
