The main function of the Planning and Corporate Affairs Department under the direction of Dr Doros Michail is to co-ordinate and guide the organisation’s Corporate Planning and Governance Functions, and related corporate issues, and lead the Strategic development of NIFRS infrastructure. The Planning and Corporate Affairs Department is responsible for: - Corporate Strategic Development, Business Planning and Corporate Governance.
- Development of NIFRS Estate including Facilities Management
- Procurement and Administrative Service
- Insurance Service; - Administration and Secretarial Service; - Central Records, Data Protection and Freedom of Information Policies; - Reception and Travel Service. - Chief Executive Support Service
